Loyalty Program for Gyms, Fitness and Pilates Studios
Signing up is one thing; making it back to the gym or the next Pilates class is another. Build a loyalty program around completed visits and classes, so members can see a reason to keep showing up.

A punch card that looks like your studio
Add your logo, colours and a stamp icon that suits your training style to the loyalty card. Place a discount on a selected product at one milestone and a perk on a paid class at another. Members recognise your studio on their phone and can see their next reward taking shape.

Location reminders
PROAfter work, a member walking past your gym can see their loyalty card and remember the visit they meant to make: “Your next workout moves you closer to a reward.” For a Pilates studio, the same prompt can remind someone to book their next class. It brings your studio to mind at a moment they can act on.
Automatic campaigns
Some weekdays leave more space in your classes than others. Schedule extra stamps for attendance at selected paid group sessions on those days: perhaps a new Pilates class or a quieter fitness session. The campaign begins on the dates you choose; staff add the stamp after the member actually attends.
Referral program
A member who enjoys training with a friend can share their invitation link. Once that friend accepts and makes their first eligible paid class or membership purchase, both cards receive the number of bonus stamps you choose. The newcomer starts progressing toward a reward, and the introduction is recognised too.
Win-back campaign
If someone who usually attends weekly Pilates stops coming, remind them of the stamps still on their card after a period you set: “Your stamps are waiting; pick up where you left off at your next class.” The same idea works for gym members who have paused their routine. Their existing progress offers a simple reason to return.
Rewards along the way
Ten weekly Pilates classes can feel like a long wait for a first reward. Offer a discount on a selected fitness product after the fifth completed class, then a discount on a paid group class after the tenth. The first perk can be used on a later eligible purchase while progress toward the second continues.
One business, several cards
A gym member who visits several times a week moves at a different pace from someone taking one reformer class a week. Run a regular attendance card for gym visits and a separate card for Pilates or another paid class series. A member using both services can carry both cards, each with a fitting reward goal.
