Loyalty Program for Beauty Salons
A brow shaping client may be back in a few weeks; someone booking a facial or lash lift may follow a different routine. Set up a loyalty program around the services you actually offer, with punch cards and rewards that give clients a reason to book again.

A loyalty card that looks like your salon
Put your logo and colours on the loyalty card and choose a punch icon that fits your services. For a facial card, you might offer a product discount at the fifth punch and a facial discount at the eighth. Clients can see what they are working towards whenever they open the card on their phone.
DESIGN YOUR OWN CARDHighlighted features
Location reminders
PROWhen a client passes near your salon, their loyalty card can remind them about their next brow or lash appointment: “Your reward is ready for your next visit.”
Automatic campaigns
As wedding season approaches, run an extra-punch campaign for lash lifts on the dates you choose. A client visiting your salon for a special occasion sees progress on their card, giving them a reason to return for regular treatments.
Referral program
A client happy with your brow, lash or facial service shares their invitation link with a friend. When that friend accepts and books their first eligible service, both earn the number of bonus punches you set. One client brings someone new; both have a reason to return.
Win-back campaign
If a facial client has not been back for a while, send an automatic reminder after the period you choose: “The punches from your last facial are still on your card.” Their progress gives them a reason to book the next appointment.
Rewards along the way
If clients need several facial appointments, make sure the first reward is not only at the very end. Try a selected skincare product discount at punch five and a facial discount at punch eight. The first reward is used on a later eligible purchase while the card keeps moving towards the next one.
One business, several cards
Brow shaping, lash lifts and facials do not have to share one reward. Create a shorter card for regular brow visits and a separate card for facials. A client who uses both services can keep both cards on their phone.
