Loyalty Program for Nail Salons
Give clients a reason to book their next manicure, gel polish appointment or nail infill with you. Build a loyalty program around the services you actually offer, with an earlier reward to keep a longer punch card worth completing.

A loyalty card that looks like your nail studio
Add your logo and colours, then choose a punch icon inspired by your designs. You might show 10% off a selected treatment at the fourth punch and 20% off at the eighth. Each time a client opens the loyalty card, they see your studio and the reward they are working towards.

Location reminders
PROWhen a client passes your studio, the card on their phone can bring your business to mind. “Your reward is ready for your next appointment” gives them a reason to think of you when deciding where to book a manicure or gel polish.
Automatic campaigns
If Tuesdays tend to be quieter, offer an extra punch for eligible manicure or gel polish appointments on a day you choose. You could also offer a small birthday reward on a selected service. Clients have a reason to book that day without a standing discount across your whole menu.
Referral program
A happy client shares an invitation link with a friend. After the friend accepts and makes a first qualifying purchase, both receive the number of bonus punches you set. The new client starts working towards a reward, while the referrer has another reason to book their next visit.
Win-back campaign
When someone who regularly books manicures or infills has not visited for a while, send an automatic reminder after the period you choose: “Your punches are still on your card. Come closer to your reward at your next appointment.” It puts your studio back in mind when they plan their next visit.
Rewards along the way
Clients need not wait until their eighth nail infill to see a benefit. For example, offer 10% off a later eligible appointment after four punches and 20% off after eight. They can use the first reward on a subsequent visit and keep progressing towards the next one.
One business, several cards
Regular manicure clients and clients who specifically book nail art can have different reasons to return. If you charge for nail art as a separate service, create one card for manicures and another for nail art. A client who buys both can keep both cards on their phone, each with rewards that suit the service.
